6yo flashy 16.1hh bay mare AES reg.
Dressage bred with plenty Olympic heritage on both sides. (Dam- Uralinde JJ (Half-sister to Carl Hester’s Medal winning ride Uthopia X METALL, Sire- Denver LG X Johnson X Jazz)
Lottie, as she is affectionately, known to us is a homebred mare that I bred with the intention of taking up the dressage levels and doing some Grassroots Eventing/ SJ. Sadly, a long term rider injury has meant she needs to find a new home where she won’t be wasted. She has competed Unaff Novice with scores 74%+ with another rider I have been coaching on her who has also Show jumped her unaff 90cm and done a few AE competitions and pairs at 80/90cm last winter. She has a nice jump and would jump 1m-1.10m tracks with the right training. Pops 1m at home in training but hasn’t done courses that height yet. Has been XC training to Aston Le Walls in the winter and jumped around our XC jumps on grass at home 80/90cm. It wouldn’t take much schooling to have her out BD novice and would easily progress to Elementary soon enough with the right rider. Understands leg yield/shoulder in. Has had a few sessions with Gareth Hugh’s who really likes her.
Very well put together, kind natured and classy mare that I am gutted to be selling. Home really important. Easy to do and take out to the shows. She hacks around the farm and see’s sheep/does gates alone or in company. She is okay in traffic in company but we don’t have any road hacking so she did some of this as a 4/5yo from the other yard and would benefit from a nanny horse for a while as can be spooky. Not a novice ride- not a horse to just be ridden 3 times a week as would get bored, although you can give her a week or so off and jump straight back on. We have done this several times lately with the heat and lack of rider sometimes!
I would love to find a competitive experienced home that enjoys both Dressage and Jumping as she does really enjoy her jumping and she flourishes with variety. It would be nice for to qualify for some Dressage Area festivals/Regionals, climb the dressage levels and generally not be wasted. She is by no means the finished article and is ready for someone to make their own. She has been out to lots of places and done a little bit of low level everything for education but she deserves and would benefit from being someone’s focus now bless her. Low milage for age.
Lottie has been professionally produced from day one. Used to being on a professional yard with other horses so would suit being on another yard as this is what she’s used to. Will live in or out at night depending on time of year, in at night during winter.
